Waling In Covenant Wealth
"But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day" (Deuteronomy 8:18).
Wealth and financial prosperity is a God idea. No human alive could have created such a system. The Bible says, "The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine, saith the Lord of hosts" (Haggai 2:8). "For every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills" (Psalms 50:10). "The Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein" (Psalms 24:1). We see throughout the scriptures that God is very wealth-conscious. The scripture even says that He has paved heaven's streets with pure gold (Revelations 21:21).
Everything God created was with purpose. There's nothing made that does not have God's purpose involved. The enemy has done all he can to pervert God's purpose. The purpose of wealth is to establish God's covenant in the earth. What is God's covenant? It started with Abraham. "And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed" (Genesis 12:2-3). The covenant is an everlasting covenant that continued unto Jesus. "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations..." (Matthew 28:18-19). That same covenant is made available to us today (Galatians 3:13-14; Hebrews 13:8). In essence, God's covenant involves His people being in a position to receive His power to effect change in their environment. The power of God is His supernatural ability to do ALL He has called us to do to live a victorious life and spread the good news of His love to others.
One of the greatest ways to effect change is to use your wealth as a tool for expanding God's kingdom and purpose. Wealth is a multi-dimensional expression of God's goodness. It cannot be limited. Wealth in the hand of the righteous is a tool to build what God loves. It's a weapon against what Satan loves. When we get a proper Biblical understanding of our covenant rights, we'll walk in a greater level of wisdom, power, and authority. Do you want God to prosper you in this life? Will you stay committed to His passion and purpose for the earth? When you remember the Lord of the Harvests, you'll experience supernatural harvests as a way of life instead of a once in a while experience. Walk in the authority of your covenant wealth and receive His promises.
